The mash up of surfers, coffee drinkers, beach walkers, dogs, cars, clubbies and the ocean ties it together. The weather can be dramatic, but theres rarely a Dunedin day with no surf. Pia is a Dunedin based painter whose work is shaped by a lifelong connection to art and the natural world. Raised in a family of gallerists, she grew up surrounded by
