Bogle Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 subregion_Contra Costa County yet vibrantThis wine is ruby red with just a slight pink rim. The aromas jump out of the glass on this wine. Jammy black fruits, licorice, pepper, and earth on the nose. This is very fruit forward with black plum, black cherry, and fig on the palate and notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, and bell pepper, and eucalyptus. I have to admit I was pretty surprised at the intensity of flavors in such an inexpensive wine! Tannins and acidity are medium high. Long finish.
