The Rare cask is made from sixteen different sherry cask styles with the majority being first fill sherry. The selection process for this bottling were so strict that less than 1% of the casks aging were selected to go into the Rare cask. The flavour is rich and smooth with vanilla, raisin, chocolate citrus notes and spice.
