It has been vinified after a rigorous selection of the best Cabernet Sauvignon blocks in Maipo Valley and was aged in French and American oak barrels for 14 months

Suitable for typical Friulian dishes such as goulash

and 9% Cabernet Franc

and the wine’s rounded tannins makes it easily approachable upon release
