I used to lay down the pasta in straight lines using a ruler. My chef called Jean Jaques de Loraine asked me to stop doing that and I really tried but couldnt. Something in me couldnt accept the imperfect chaos of wrinkly pasta and I got into a fist fight with chef de Loraine. He was much bigger than me so he won. I did call his mother a b*tch
