Which is located just outside of Joplin

The building behind the Corvette was inspired by several rural Chevrolet dealerships in northeastern Missouri where I grew up

and in the 1980’s I sold many of these at the Festival of the Arts in Oklahoma City

Ive always loved the extreme front angle of the mid year Corvette, especially with the black stinger stripe and hood scoop on the big block cars. The brick wall is based on one I photographed just outside the Loop in Chicago, while the neon sign at the top is borrowed from a dealership on Broadway in Oklahoma City.
