Jack Daniel's Rye Ledaig sour cherries and the softestThe Jack Daniel's Straight Tennessee Rye is produced using a mashbill of 70% rye,18% corn and 12% malted barley. The same drop by drop, maple charcoal filtration that makes Tennessee Whiskey unique, is used for their rye. Bottled at 45%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Fried banana, hot chocolate and toasted grain. Palate: Drying cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by more chocolatey. A touch of cooked apple appears later on. Finish: Black pepper and spicy oak.
