Antique Miniature Zia Roadrunner Pottery Olla ancient but also consider using itA miniature olla (vessel) featuring our namesake roadrunner and attributed to Theodora Galvan Shije (1899 1999). This traditional Zia olla of diminutive size features two roadrunners, two flowers, and a well decorated rim. Zia pottery is similar in style to Acoma pottery except that Zia pottery tends to be heavier and thicker than Acoma which is more often thin walled. The durability of Zia pottery accounts for the number of surviving pieces. When
