The palate is light and soft with delicate flavors of vanilla, citrus and stem ginger. The finish is clean but quite quick. A very easy going, session style of whiskey. Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey is a single grain Irish whiskey, initially matured in American bourbon barrels before enjoying a finishing period of six months in Spanish
