Nose: Sweet floral notes, some soft grass and hay, cinder toffee and pineapples. Palate: rich and complex with a mellow smooth mid palate with vanilla and toffee apples mid way through, soft spiced fruits and syrup, peaches with the finish developing a rich almond and honey notes.
