Dingle Gin Dessert Wine lo from PenedésLocated on the fringe of Europe, on Irelands rural West Coast, Dingle Gin is created in a pristine environment like no other. The Gin is created using a hand beaten copper pot still known as Oisn. The spirit is vapour infused with seven traditional, locally grown and harvested botanicals. The resulting distillate is cut from water drawn from a well 240 feet below the distillery. Each bottle is then hand filled and numbered.
