Lifted black and Morello cherry aromas intermix with liquorice, scorched earth and spicy dried herbs. Adorning the palate are rich black cherry and liquorice flavours with a base of stern chewy tannins. Elements of scorched earth, subtle dried herbs and spicy pepper are also evident. Good acidity finishing with a tight chewy aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, scorched earth and spicy pepper.
