Its fast drying, water based and helps to block stains such as water marks, ink stains or tannin stains. ULTIMATE Cabinet Primer is recommended for use with Miss Lillians ULTIMATE Cabinet Paint in cases where you would not suspect bleed through. To help prevent bleed through we
