Thick skinned Kisi gets a 5 day bath in its own skins in Qvevri. The fruit is all dried up, dried persimmons, dried apricot and almond skins, complexity at its finest. Big tannin, big acid, long finish. Everything about this is turned up to 11. ABV: 14%
