Turbocat T210 Elbow with Black Neck Replacement Part AVALIR 2 The filter seats in placeThis genuine swivel elbow with a black neck connects the Turbocat T210 air driven powerhead to your vacuum wand or hose (Part #7216 03). It directs airflow into the turbine and lets the powerhead pivot and rotate so the nozzle stays flat on the floor while you maneuver around furniture.
